Job Requirements

• Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram messages

• Welcome clients and provide basic information about our services

• Forward leads to the relevant team (design/development)

• Maintain polite, quick, and professional communication

• Keep records of conversations and follow-ups

• Post regular status updates (with provided content)

• Handle basic client queries with confidence

Who are we looking for?

• Female (18+), fluent in English & Urdu

• Strong communication skills

• Active on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms

• Own phone/laptop with stable internet

• Disciplined and trustworthy

• Available 6–8 hours a day

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
